Are after hours Disney tickets refundable?

Tickets are subject to availability and are valid only for admission to the Disney After Hours event at Disney's Hollywood Studios for the dates and hours specified. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable and sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
