Are Disney fries gluten-free?

Most restaurants with pasta can make gluten-free pasta. Disney has dedicated fryers, so you can safely eat french fries without worry. Your server (at Table-Service restaurants) or person taking your order (at Quick-Service restaurants) might ask if you want to speak with the chef, or the manager, respectively.

At both Walt Disney World and Disneyland, the standard French fries served at most "Quick Service" locations are generally considered gluten-free and safe for those with Celiac disease. Disney is famous for its "Allergy-Friendly" menus and almost always uses dedicated fryers that are not shared with breaded items like chicken nuggets. Locations like Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café in Magic Kingdom or D-Luxe Burger in Disney Springs are well-known for their safe, crispy fries. However, because menus and suppliers can change, you should always inform the Cast Member taking your order about your allergy. They will mark the order as "Allergy," and it will often be delivered on a separate tray (sometimes blue) or with a specific "Allergy" pick. Some specialty fries at festival booths might contain seasonings with gluten, so the "dedicated fryer" rule is your best safeguard for the standard potato fry.
