Yes you can, what I will say is this kind of weather would be more better for jeans. I wear jeans in 90+ degree Fahrenheit weather so I could be tiny bit biased but as long as you are comfortable and not too hot in them, go ahead. It basically comes down to comfort and how you feel in them.
