Absolutely. The Oogie Boogie Bash is a specially priced party ticket special event that has replaced Mickey's Halloween Party in recent years. When the party is happening, you will feel bigger crowds at both parks, especially Disney California Adventure Park. It takes place on select nights.

Oogie Boogie Bash Halloween party tickets are totally separate from regular park admission media. If you have a one day/one park ticket, you're welcome to visit Disneyland in the morning and then Oogie Boogie Bash Halloween party in the evening using a Party ticket. This would not count as a “Park Hop.”

How do Oogie Boogie Bash party nights work? On party nights, regular park visitors must leave Disney California Adventure by the party start time of 6pm. Party guests can enter the park as early as 3pm, so there are a few hours of overlap.
