Are the churros at Disneyland kosher?

Hot foods such as churros and Classic Mickey (soft) Pretzels may currently have a kosher certification so ask to see the packaging. They are not processed with anything non-kosher but there is no mashgiach present when the items are heated or when specific toppings are added to the items.

Standard churros sold at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are not officially certified as Kosher. While the base ingredients—flour, water, and oil—may be inherently "kosher-style," the equipment and the facilities where they are manufactured and prepared are not under rabbinical supervision. Additionally, the frying oil used at Disney churro carts is often shared with other non-kosher items, and the "seasonal" dipping sauces frequently contain dairy or other additives that would require specific certification (like Cholov Yisroel). For guests who adhere to strict kosher laws, Disney offers pre-packaged kosher meals (produced by specialized vendors like Weber's) at select Quick Service locations, such as Red Rose Taverne in Disneyland and Pym Test Kitchen in DCA, which must be requested in advance.
