Can a National Trust member take a friend for free?

If your membership card says “+ guest” on it, then you can bring a guest with you. Otherwise, they'll need to either pay to visit or also become a National Trust member. *Please note that the “+ guest” option is likely only applicable if you were a lifetime member before January 2023.
