A380 has many automatic systems from autoland, autobrake, auto throttle and more and it's meant to make full landing autonomously from approach, landing, braking at end of the runway. So yeah if nothing is manually disengaged or taken over by other pilot or somebody it can do it. Even a passenger could do it.
