Oftentimes, the portion sizes are more than enough for an adult. Usually, I'll even split a kid's meal between my two Mouseketeers. Although restaurants often have their own policies, most restaurants at the Disneyland Resort are very accommodating and usually allow adults to order from the kids' menus.
