Can anyone ride ratatouille?

You'll Need a Plan if You Don't Want to Wait in a Big Line. Remy's Ratatouille Adventure is the first all-new major attraction at EPCOT in more than a decade and the first in World Showcase since 1988. It's also a family-friendly ride with no height requirement, appealing to EPCOT's youngest guests.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure (at Epcot and Disneyland Paris) is one of the most accessible "any-height" attractions in the Disney portfolio, meaning almost anyone can ride. There is no minimum height requirement, making it perfect for toddlers, infants (who can sit on a lap), and seniors. The ride uses a "trackless" vehicle system that glides through a 4D environment, but it does not feature any drops, inversions, or high-speed maneuvers. However, "anyone" is subject to a few caveats: the ride uses 3D glasses, which may cause motion sickness for those sensitive to screen-based movement. Additionally, while the vehicles are spacious, they can be a tight fit for three large adults in a single row. For guests with disabilities, the ride is remarkably accommodating; there is a specialized wheelchair-accessible vehicle that allows guests to remain in their wheelchair throughout the experience. In 2026, it remains a "Tier 1" family favorite specifically because it is one of the few high-tech modern rides that doesn't exclude anyone based on physical size or age.
