Can husband and wife combine Hilton Honors points?

Hilton Honors accounts are available for individuals only. The only exception is for spouses who jointly own a timeshare through the Hilton Grand Vacations Club.
Honors Members can transfer points out of their account to another member's account at a 1:1 ratio up to six times per calendar year and also transfer via points pooling up to six times per calendar year.

How many Points do I need for a free night? Free nights can be redeemed for as few as 5,000 Points per night and no more than 95,000 Points per night for a Standard Room. Select properties with specialty accommodations may require up to 150,000 Points per night for a Standard Room.
You can expect 150,000 Hilton points to be worth $750 in free night awards, but you will need to compare hotel options to lock in this great rate. There are many ways to earn Hilton points in addition to limited-time credit card bonus offers so you can quickly get the points you need for a free night.
Additional ways to redeem Hilton points is by shopping, traveling, and dining with Hilton partners. Once you redeem enough Hilton Honors points, you can use them for free nights at Hilton hotels, free car rentals, or you can sell Hilton points for cash to MileageSpot and earn cash in return.
If you don't plan on staying at Hilton properties at least once per year, it's not worth obtaining Gold or Diamond status, even if you're just getting it through a credit card. It may also not be worth it if you typically stay at limited-service properties where upgrades are unlikely and breakfast is free to all.
