Can I get a New York E-ZPass if I live in New Jersey?
Non-NY E-ZPass tags will receive the out of State E-ZPass rate. All video transactions (license plate) will pay the Tolls by Mail rate. Anyone, regardless of residency, can become a New York E-ZPass customer.
