Can I get a refund on my Universal tickets?

Most Universal tickets are included in our 365 Day Refund Policy. Tickets must have been purchased within the past year and not been activated by entering the park. Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site are non-refundable. As a reminder, your Universal Orlando tickets never lose their value.

When returning an item for exchange, the returned items must be in original condition (and packaging, if applicable) in order to receive a credit for the exchange. No exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.

If you would like to transfer the ownership of your ticket to another person, you can do so from your Universe account. Tickets can only be transferred individually. Once a ticket has been transferred, the action cannot be undone. Any order with a transferred ticket will become non-refundable.
