Can I park overnight in Newport Beach?

The BALBOA MUNICIPAL LOT OVERNIGHT PARKING PERMIT entitles a motor vehicle, of 20 FEET OR LESS IN LENGTH, to occupy a single parking space in the BALBOA MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT, day and/or overnight, without paying a parking fee. Overnight parking is defined as being between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
