Can I remove a passenger from my Ryanair booking?

We cannot remove them from the booking, and no refund will be issued.

In 2026, Ryanair does not allow you to "remove" a passenger from a confirmed booking and receive a refund for their portion of the flight. If someone in your party decides not to travel, you can simply leave them on the booking; they just won't show up for the flight, and their seat will remain empty (or be resold by the airline if they don't check in). If you want to replace that person with someone else, you must pay a Name Change Fee, which in 2026 is often quite expensive—sometimes exceeding the original cost of the ticket. The only way to get a refund for a passenger who can't travel is if you have purchased a "Flexi Plus" fare or if the cancellation is due to a documented death or serious illness of the passenger or an immediate family member. Otherwise, the best course of action is to let the "no-show" occur and accept the lost fare.
