Can I see Eiffel Tower from plane?

You can see the Eiffel Tower every now and then, but often you can't see Paris at all when you are landing at CDG, since the flight paths avoid approaching the city. Mostly you will just see fields and villages and expressways. It is more common to see Paris from Orly.
