Can I sell photos I take at Disney?

The Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules outline that photography, recording, drone photography, and/or videotaping, or otherwise engaging in any activity for unapproved commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

No, you cannot legally sell photos you take at Disney Parks for commercial purposes. According to the 2026 Disney Property Rules, guests are granted a limited license to take photographs and videos for personal, non-commercial use only. This means you can share them on your personal social media, print them for your home, or show them to friends. However, selling them to stock photo sites, using them in advertisements, or selling prints of Disney characters and architecture violates their intellectual property rights and park policies. Professional photography or "unauthorized commercial activity" can result in being banned from the parks. If you are a content creator in 2026, you can often "monetize" videos of your experience (like on YouTube), but the direct sale of individual photos as a product is strictly prohibited without a specific commercial contract from Disney.
