Can I smoke on my balcony in Spain?

You can only smoke on your hotel balcony or terrace, or in your own flat/house if you are an owner. There's no smoking areas in bars or restaurants. Roads, beaches, even up in the mountains, - all banned areas. €100 fine if caught.
