Can I smoke on the beach in South Carolina?

From May 15 to September 15, surfing is allowed only in designated areas, and surfers must always wear a surfing leash. Smoking is prohibited on the beach. Do not dig holes more than two feet deep, and fill in holes before you leave the beach.
