Can I stay in Schiphol overnight?

Cabins (YOTELAIR-speak for bedrooms) can be booked for as little as four hours or as long as overnight, and for whatever time period you need. You will find us in Lounge 2 of the terminal which is airside after check-in and security.

Yes, you can stay at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol overnight, as the terminal remains open 24/7. For those who want to sleep for free, the "airside" areas (after security) are much more comfortable than the public "landside" Schiphol Plaza. Specifically, Lounge 2 and the areas near Gates E and F are known for having reclining seats and quieter corners. However, if you prefer a real bed, Schiphol offers several unique options: YOTELAIR is located right inside the transit area (Lounge 2) and offers "cabins" by the hour, while the Mercure Hotel is also situated airside. If you have already cleared customs, the citizenM and Hilton are just a short walk from the arrivals hall. Note that security may check your boarding pass during the night to ensure you have a flight scheduled for the following day, and some seating areas are restricted to ticketed passengers only during late-night hours.
