You cannot directly transfer Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer miles from your account to another person's account in 2026. However, KrisFlyer offers a much more flexible system called "Redemption Nominees." You can nominate up to five people (friends or family) for whom you can use your miles to book award tickets or flight upgrades. While the miles stay in your account, the ticket is issued in their name. If you are part of a KrisFlyer for Families program, you can link a child's account to a parent's account, allowing the parent to "pull" miles from the child's balance for a small fee. For adult transfers, the only "workaround" is through credit card points; if you have a bank card that allows you to transfer points to KrisFlyer, you might be able to transfer those bank points to a different person's frequent flyer account depending on the bank's rules (though this is increasingly rare). Generally, the "Redemption Nominee" system is the official and most efficient way to share the "wealth" of your miles with your loved ones.
