Can I use Global Entry card instead of license?

A Global Entry card is a valid federally-issued ID and can be used for any purpose requiring an ID. It may not, however, meet certain ancillary requirements. For example, a GE card does not display an address, so it may not be accepted as proof of residency (i.e. within a certain State).
