Can I use Global Entry in Paris?

We've long espoused the benefits of Global Entry, which lets travelers breeze past the lines at U.S. customs by checking in at a kiosk. But there are limits to its powers: Global Entry only works upon entry into the U.S., and not to any country around the world.

U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, citizens of Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, Argentina, India, Colombia, Panama, Singapore, South Korea, and Mexican nationals are eligible for Global Entry membership. Travelers must be pre-approved for the Global Entry program.

Forget GE. It has nothing to do with entry to the UK. Assuming you are a US citizen you are eligible to use the ePassport gates at Heathrow. You most likely do not need a visa, and EXP and GE have nothing to do with UK immigration.
