Free travel with a London Freedom Pass is only valid on Gatwick Express services between London Victoria and Gatwick Airport under the following conditions: An extension ticket must be purchased before travelling to cover your journey outside the London Freedom Pass zone between Coulsdon South and Gatwick Airport.

If your journey involves travelling via or across London to connect with another National Rail service, your ticket should include the cost of transfer on London Underground, DLR, Thameslink or Elizabeth line services between the relevant stations.
Freedom Passes are not valid on any train service outside the London Travelcard Zones i.e. Beyond West Ruislip on the High Wycombe Line or beyond Amersham.
Your bus pass is valid for use on all registered Bus services within England, so if you are visiting other places you should be able to use your pass. It is not valid in Wales* or Scotland.
