Valid Areas and Transportation SystemsIn addition to the Tokyo area, the Suica can be used for certain transportation systems in the Sendai and Niigata, Hokkaido, Tokai, West Japan and Kyushu areas.
Luggage specifications: Luggage or cardboard box whose sum of length, width and height is no more than 120cm and whose weight is 20kg or less. (Suitcases and golf bags are treated as less than 120cm. Overweight luggage is not accepted.)
The Keisei Skyliner is quicker and sometimes cheaper. But does not serve central Tokyo stations such Shinjuku. It's a private railway, so a JR pass is not valid. The Narita Express is slower and less frequent.
Though, if you need a faster trip, need to use the subway a lot and if you are going to be doing a lot of sightseeing, or if you are traveling to northern Tokyo or northern Japan by Shinkansen or train, the Skyliner is definitely a better option.
Please note that Pasmo or Suica cards cannot be used on limited express trains or shinkansen. Suica cards are not valid on long distance buses (highway bus) or airport shuttles.

Often Skyliner will start running 30-60 minutes prior to park opening. Ask at your hotel what time it will start running.
