Can I use the Centurion Lounge when I don t have a Delta flight?

If accessing the lounge with a qualifying Delta SkyMiles® card, you must be flying on a same-day Delta marketed or Delta operated flight. To access Amex Centurion Lounges, members will need to present: A qualifying credit card. A same-day boarding pass.
