As long as you have the GoPro strapped to your body, then you should be fine in most instances. However, Cast Members may ask you to remove it for some attractions. Also note that some attractions do state that no photography is allowed, so keep an eye out for those.

I'm happy to report that you are indeed free to bring a GoPro with you into the Disneyland Resort. Please note, though, that selfie sticks (hand-held extension poles) are found on the Prohibited Items List and therefore would not be allowed.
