Can military get into Amex lounge?

Some individual airlines allow this sort of thing. As far as I know, American Express does not explicitly allow military service members free access to their lounges … directly. However, certain AMEX cards (Platinum personal and Platinum business) do come with “free” Centurion Lounge access.

By policy, no. Some members will guest in military in uniform and there are reports of SkyClub agents letting uniformed military folks in. You might want to look to see if the airports you are traveling through have a USO club. Delta doesn't allow military into the SkyClub.
