Can non resort guests use Disney transportation?

Yes. All Guests have complimentary access to our network of monorails, buses and boats. If you would like to visit multiple parks, enjoy a nice dinner at one of the Disney Resort hotels or shop at Disney Springs, you can leave your car parked in the theme park lot and use our transportation network.

Q: Can I Ride the Monorail at Disney if I'm Not a Guest? A: Yes, anyone visiting Disney World has access to riding the Disney World monorail route, even if you're not staying at a Disney Resort.

On most days, you can expect Magic Kingdom to officially open up between 8 and 9 am. On the busiest days of the year (like over the holidays) that opening may even be pushed to 7 am. Early Theme Park Entry for onsite guests typically will begin 30 minutes before the official park opening time.

Absolutely! In fact, for guests going to the Magic Kingdom (so, basically everybody), the monorail will be your primary option for actually getting to the park from the Transportation & Ticket Center.

Yes! The Walt Disney World monorail is completely free, and is open for any guest to ride without a ticket. Just know that you may have to pay for parking if you're looking to park and ride.

Where Can Uber Go At Walt Disney World? Uber drivers can go pretty much anywhere a regular car can go (except for parking lots reserved for people who are parking). Basically, this means they can drop you off and pick you up at any Disney hotel, Disney Springs, and the Disney parks (with one exception).

Theme park tickets are priced per day for general admission into the parks. So, since it's not a price per attraction ticket, there is no alternate option available for Guests who aren't looking to ride any attractions.

You now can only park hop AFTER 2PM. So you'll have to wait until well after lunchtime if you're planning on visiting another park. However, this rule is different for Annual Passholders.

There are no tickets required for the Disney Gondolas either, just walk up to the station, get in line and get in. In fact, riding the Skyliner is one of our favorite Free Things to Do in Walt Disney World!

The only way to get between these stations is to walk through EPCOT, so you would not be able to transfer between the monorail and the Disney Skyliner without admission.

In general the best days of the week to visit the Disney World parks are Tuesday and Wednesday. The reason being is many families find that you need an entire week for a Disney vacation and typically arrive on Saturday or Sunday. We find weekends and Monday to be the busiest days at Walt Disney World.
