Can Russians holiday in Cyprus?

Cypriot authorities have announced that the country will no longer apply facilitated rules for citizens of Russia applying for tourist visas. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus, starting from December 1, 2022, the country will start charging Russians that apply for tourist visas.

UPDATE APRIL 17, 2023: Estonia is not issuing digital nomad visas for Russian and Belarussian citizens. UPDATE SEPTEMBER 9, 2022: Under a common regional approach, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland will restrict entry to Russian citizens holding Schengen visas issued by any country starting September 19.
