Can Turo deny you?

Turo has the right to deny a user from the platform if their AIS doesn't meet its benchmark. We're unable to change, overrule, or disregard a low AIS. Unless we receive a corrected, qualifying AIS from TransUnion, we can't allow you to book a vehicle on Turo.
