Can two children over the age of 12 years old travel alone on Aer Lingus services?

Passengers under 12 years old years who are not accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or older cannot fly on Aer Lingus. Unaccompanied minors under the age of 14 departing Italy will not be accepted for travel. Passengers aged 12-15 years who are not accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or older can fly on Aer Lingus.
