Can two people link to Disney tickets?

Tickets can only be linked once in My Disney Experience, which explains the error message you receive when you try to link the same ticket to multiple accounts. To view and make plans with your friends, Wendi, the key is to connect with everyone in your party as Family & Friends in My Disney Experience.

Click on the “Tickets and Passes” tile. Click on the blue “+” in the upper right corner, and select “Link Tickets & Passes.” Enter the ticket ID code from the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase, click submit, and you're all set!

Linking a ticket to another Guest in your travel party is very easy! If you are already connected to this family member via My Family & Friends, sign in to your Disney account and visit Link Tickets. Enter the Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID and link it to your family member.

  2. Select the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the home screen.
  3. Scroll down and select “My Profile”

If you purchased tickets for your party and want to be able to send the tickets to them then you can most definitely screenshot the digital tickets to send to each person. Just be sure that this screenshot includes the barcode that will need to be scanned at the entrance of the park.

On your device, go to My Profile and choose Family & Friends List at the top. Scroll to the bottom of your list and select Add a Guest and then Scan their linking code.
