Can we sleep in AC 3 tier?

AC3 (or A-3) – Same facilities as AC2 class, the only difference is they are busier because they have more beds – 3 tier bunk beds (upper, middle and lower) are grouped in bays of 6 beds plus 3 bunk beds along the corridors. Unlike AC2 there are no privacy curtains.

Upper berth Is always my fav as i mostly travel alone. Plus u get the added advantage to sleep anytime without other co-passengers permission. Also nowadays,new 3ac coaches have a higher headspace. Lower berths are also good if the middle and upper are urs.

The way we see it, sleeping with the AC on all night won't kill you, not even harm you, as long as you do so safely. Just make sure that you keep the direct flow of air away from your bed and face, and stay in that sweet spot of 60-67 degree Fahrenheit.
