Can you book Mears last minute?

Can I Book the Mears Shuttle at Disney Without a Reservation? Yes. If by chance you decide you want to book Mears Connect at the last minute once you've already arrived at the Orlando International Airport, then you can do that too. Reservations are not required.

For solo travelers or couples, the math works out on Mears Connect. It's going to be slightly cheaper than Uber or Lyft transportation between the hotel and airport the vast majority of the time.

Mears Connect departs Standard tickets for domestic flights 3 hours in advance and 4 hours for international fights. Express service arrives 2.5 – 3 hours before a domestic flight and 3.5 – 4 hours before an international flight. Inside our departure email was a boarding pass, which was easy to pull up for scanning.

Unfortunately, you're not allowed to bring any luggage onto any of the Disney transportation systems. You are able to bring bags into the Theme Parks, however, they must not exceed 24 long x 15 wide x 18 high.

Uber / Lyft. Our preferred way to get from Orlando airport to Disney World is Uber. While prices can surge and not everyone is comfortable with rideshare, we've made this trip probably a dozen times and used Uber overall probably over 100 times. The balance of convenience and typical price can't be beat in our mind.
