You can bring a towel in, but if you forget, you can hire one for 30 AED (around £60 at the time of writing). If you want to save a couple of quid, you can get a towel and a locker combo for 50 AED rather than 70.
Duration of the Visit: You must reserve at least 4-5 hours to enjoy to the core at Atlantis Aquaventure Water park. Since the water park is so huge and there are umpteen attractions, you'll need a lot of time to enjoy and experience everything over here.
Inside Aquaventureyou have to wear <<swimming attire>. These come in various length and can cover as much as you want. You shall not wear street clothes.
Atlantis totally allows you bring in a cooler with outside food and drinks. So whether you bring your own from home or stop in at a Nassau or Paradise Island store to stock up, you'll have exactly what you need to keep your food and/or beverages cooled.
Don't be tempted to walk around barefoot – if any rides or areas do not allow water shoes, take them off only in those areas and then put water shoes right back on. Before going to the park, make sure everyone's feet are washed and cleaned.
You can probably get away with going barefoot, but a hot pavement may make you wish for something on your feet. Sandals or Flip Flops are a good option for slipping on and off as you need. You won't wear them in the lazy river, but can throw them on to make a trip to the bathroom or concession stand.

As one part of our commitment to protecting the environment and in lieu of plastic bottles, you will receive 2 reusable The Cove bottles as our gift. There are water refill stations on every guest floor and throughout the resort. We hope you will use these in paradise, and upon your return home.
However, it will take you a full day to enjoy everything at the water park. So if you also are hoping to enjoy some relaxing beach time or participate in any of the dolphin encounter programs (definitely one of the best Atlantis activities), then staying a night or two at the resort is definitely worthwhile.
It is expensive as it doubles the price of your ticket but it is certainly worth much more than you pay!! We had a top class experience at the park and when we go back there will be no question regarding the AquaXpress tickets, it makes your day so much more fun and hassle free!!!
If you're wondering what to wear to a water park, always keep in mind that protection is a priority. But if you've got a practical swimsuit, foot protection, eye protection, and sun protection, you'll be guaranteed to have a wonderful day!
