Yes!You can purchase Walt Disney World annual passes at the gate. Look for the Guest Relations offices in Disney Springs or any of the Guest Relations windows or park ticket booths at the theme parks.
Please note that applicable blockout dates still apply and policies are subject to change. If you'd like to pick up a physical annual pass, you can do so at any Guest Relations or ticket window outside of any of the parks. You can also do this at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.

After you have entered the Annual Pass ID numbers (printed on the pass), you will be asked to match each pass with a person on your Family & Friends list.
You are welcome to purchase your Theme Park Tickets at the gate when you arrive at your first theme park. While there, you can buy the total number of days you plan to visit. In addition, you can purchase them at the Resort Front Desk and at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.
Annual Passholders are entitled to free standard parking at the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom parking lots. Free parking is not valid for special events requiring a separate admission charge or special events that are not open to the general public.
