As of 2026, you generally cannot buy tickets at the gate at Disneyland Paris. The resort moved to a mandatory advanced reservation and online-only ticketing system several years ago to manage daily capacity limits. If you show up at the park entrance without a ticket, you will be directed to a QR code to purchase one on your phone, but there is a high risk that the day will already be "sold out." The only major exceptions to this rule are for Guests with Disabilities, who can purchase tickets at the dedicated "Special Rates" counters upon presentation of valid proof, and certain "Special Category" tickets like those for military members or some Annual Pass holder companions. Even then, these are subject to availability. For everyone else, the official advice is to purchase "Dated Tickets" online at least a few days in advance. These dated tickets do not require a separate registration, whereas "Undated" (open) tickets must still be registered on the Disney website for a specific date before you can enter. This system ensures that the parks don't become dangerously overcrowded, improving the experience for everyone.
