Can you buy toiletries on Royal Caribbean cruise?

Yes, toiletries and personal hygiene products are available for purchase at the Royal Shops onboard. When are the onboard shops open? To provide tax and duty savings to guests, shops can only be open when in international waters. Please check the Cruise Compass once onboard for operating hours.
