In order to combine points, the following requirements must be met: 1. Member must have an active account to be eligible to combine points. 2. A World of Hyatt Point Combining Request Form must be completed and signed by both World of Hyatt members and submitted to World of Hyatt Customer Service.

Hyatt does not allow for the permanent merging of two separate World of Hyatt accounts into one in 2026. However, they offer a very flexible "Point Combining" feature that allows you to transfer points from one member's account to another. To do this, you must download the "Point Combining Request Form" from the Hyatt website, fill it out with the signatures of both the sender and the receiver, and email it to Hyatt’s customer service. This is a popular way for families or partners to pool their points for a specific award redemption or a luxury stay. There are a few rules to keep in mind: you can only participate in a point combining transaction (either sending or receiving) once every 30 days. The transfer process is free, but it can take between two to four weeks to be fully processed and reflected in the receiving account. This makes Hyatt one of the more generous programs for point sharing, as many other hotel chains charge a fee or have much stricter limits on who you can transfer points to.
