Can you do Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique without a reservation?

Valid admission, a theme park reservation for Magic Kingdom Park, and a method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) are required to redeem a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Magic Kingdom Park reservation, but they are not required to make a reservation.
