Can you drink the tap water in Disneyland Hotel?

Absolutely fine! Although, you're staying in the DLH aren't you? What we do when we stay there is ask for a jug of tap water and ice in the Cafe Fantasia bar each evening to take to our room. It is ok to drink, but fairly disgusting taste wise .

Yes, you can absolutely drink the tap water at any of the official Disneyland Resort hotels (including the Disneyland Hotel, Grand Californian, and Pixar Place Hotel) in 2026. The water in Anaheim, California, is subject to rigorous municipal and federal testing and is perfectly safe for consumption. However, many visitors from other regions find the "taste" of the water to be slightly different due to the local mineral content and chlorination. To improve the taste, many guests use a refillable bottle with a built-in filter (like a Brita or LifeStraw bottle). Each room in the Disneyland Hotel typically includes a small coffee station with an ice bucket; using the filtered water from the hotel's common-area "hydration stations" or ice machines is often preferred by those with a sensitive palate. In 2026, Disney continues its "Environmental Sustainability" initiative by discouraging the purchase of single-use plastic bottles in rooms, providing instead high-quality glassware and encouraging guests to use the various high-flow refill stations located in the lobby and near the pool area.
