There are no cars allowed on Sunset Key; no shops, grocery stores, or any type of infrastructure. A ferry shuttles residents and guests of the hotel back and forth from Key West, and a private beach owned by the Westin offers complete solitude away from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street.

BEACH ACCESS AT SUNSET KEY COTTAGES The beach at Sunset Key Cottages is available for guests at Opal Key Resort & Marina. The cost is $45 per person per day. The number of passes is limited and are sold on a first-come, first-served, basis, beginning at 8 am daily.
