Can you drive to the bottom of Robin Hoods Bay?

If you do not have a parking permit, it can be tempting to drive down to the village to unload, but please be aware most of the village is pedestrianised. So you cannot drive up to most of the holiday accommodation. Also, it comes to a dead end. It's one straight road down and the same road back up.
