Can you enter Harry Potter world before your tour time?

ENTRY TIME We recommend you arrive 20 minutes prior to your ticketed time. Before your tour begins you will have access to the Food Hall, Hub Café, Studio Shop*, cloakroom and toilet facilities. Those arriving after the last tour of the day cannot be guaranteed entry.

You will probably spend a max of 10 mins exposed outside. Even if it's raining I'd suggest leave coats in transport or cloakroom. It's not worth carrying for better part of 5 hours. It's studio lighting inside so does get fairly warm.
