Disneyland doesn't close or issue rain checks during rainy weather, but guests do have rainy day options. You can reschedule your ticket, enjoy indoor activities, or don a poncho and embrace the rain.

I hope you don't have to postpone your visit to the Disneyland Resort. But if you need to cancel a future theme park reservation, you have until 11:59 PM Pacific time the night before the reservation to cancel it.
Suitcases, bags, coolers or backpacks, with or without wheels, larger than 24 long x 15 wide x 18 high (61 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm) are not allowed in any theme park.
You'll be happy to know that CamelBak water packs are permitted in Disney Parks. If you need to refill your pack, complimentary cups of ice water are available at quick-service dining locations, and at stands or carts that sell fountain drinks. Just ask! You'll also notice a few water bottle filling stations.
Buy A PonchoDisney sells high quality ponchos in every one of their shops in the parks for $9. Of course, you can buy a poncho for cheaper elsewhere if you know it is going to rain. If you would rather bring a raincoat along with you, that would also work in protecting against rain.
Slinky Dog Dash is in Toy Story Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Since it's an outdoor attraction, it shuts down in heavy rain and if there's severe weather or lightning in the area. Much of the queue is exposed to the elements, and even the portion of the queue that's covered isn't enclosed. And it can get HOT.
If the ticket has not yet been used, you can reassign a ticket to another person on your Family & Friends list. To do so, visit the My Reservations section of My Disney Experience, locate the ticket you wish to reassign and select the “Reassign Ticket” link to the right of the ticket.
