Rise of the Resistance really has an appeal for everyone, but if you or someone in your group just doesn't care for Star Wars that universe or its characters, then waiting 80-200 minutes for this attraction will not have the pay off for them as it would a Star Wars fan.

Can Genie+ sell out? Yes. It can. Although it isn't common, we've seen it happen a few times during busier times of the year (like over the holidays and Spring Break).

Guests of Disney resorts can purchase it at 7AM, while other guests have to wait until the park opens, subject to availability. Many other attraction lines in Hollywood Studios have short standby lines in the morning. It's a better use of your time to ride them and save Rise for when lines are longer for everything later in the day (11:00am or later at least!).

You may be out of luck for purchasing Individual Lightning Lanes for any attraction if you're staying offsite on high crowd days. Rise of the Resistance used to be the clear winner of the popularity contest here, and that doesn't hold true anymore either. At all crowd levels, Flight of Passage sells out first.

While there is no limit to Lightning Lanes, there is a limit to Individual Lightning Lanes. You can book up to two Individual Lightning Lanes per day. Is Disney Lightning Lane Worth it Conclusion. As a general rule of thumb we do find the Disney World Lightning Lane to be worth it if you can find a way to save 60 minutes per attraction at a cost of under $11.00 per attraction.
