Can you get on the monorail at the Polynesian?

There are three Disney monorail lines. Resort Monorail with service to Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Express Monorail offers direct service between the Ticket and Transportation Center and Magic Kingdom Park (does not stop at hotels).

The Resort Monorail runs a continuous loop from the Transportation and Ticket Center to the Polynesian resort, the Grand Floridian resort, the Magic Kingdom, and the Contemporary resort, in that order. The Epcot Monorail runs back and forth between the Transportation and Ticket Center and Epcot.

And, yes you can ride the monorail at Disney World for free. All Disney transportation to and from the theme parks is free and this includes the Walt Disney World monorail. Guests can use the free Disney monorail from the ticket and transportation center over to Magic Kingdom and also to EPCOT.
