The dress code at Disney is extremely strict.This includes any masks, headdresses, wigs, and all clothing. Additionally, they must stay in character whenever they are in a public section of the park. They may not use any personal item, such as cell phones, while in character and must maintain perfect posture.
Can you wear a sports bra at Disney? Disney reserves the right to bar anyone from the park it deems to be wearing improper attire. Therefore, cast members may prevent you from accessing the grounds if you wear a sports bra, crop top, or similar item.
Sneakers or water like sneakers would be the most appropriate. DO NOT wear heels or sandals. I saw a lot of sandals break and feet slipping around in them. Being on your feet all day you really need to be smart for your feet.

Please note that while you may be able to bring your vape through security, smoking is prohibited on Disneyland Resort Property. This includes both parks, the Esplanade between the parks, as well as the Downtown Disney District and Hotel. If you need to take a break, you will have to travel off-property to smoke.
Guests are welcome to bring personal strollers into the Disneyland Resort theme parks, but they must be no larger than 31 in width and 52 in length. If your jogging stroller meets those size requirements, you're good to go!
Make sure your shirt isn't overly cropped! But, what exactly does that mean? Well, some of it is up to the discretion of Disney, but generally, you'll want to skip the sports bras, overly cropped crop tops, super short shorts, and anything else that you'd be embarrassed to walk into church in.

According to Disneyland's website, the rules that visitors must adhere to include: not impersonating Disney characters, not wearing clothing with objectionable language or graphics, and not wearing clothing that exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate in a family environment.
Starting in May, Guests who didn't intentionally violate the dress code said that Disney Parks were no longer giving away free shirts. Helini's experience further confirms this change.
Do I Need to Cover Up My Tattoos at Disney? Going forward, all guests will be required to cover up their tattoos in Disney World. This doesn't impact cast members, however. They are allowed to show tattoos.

A: Guests are allowed to bring outside food and nonalcoholic beverages into the parks for self-consumption, provided they are not in glass containers, do not require heating, reheating, processing or refrigeration and do not have pungent odors.
NOT PERMITTED: Tank tops, swim suits or swim cover ups, hats for gentlemen, cut offs or clothing with rips/tears are not allowed. T-shirts with offensive language/graphics will also not be permitted.
Disney parks let you show some skin, but not too much skin, at its parks. You must wear shoes and shirts at all times. You should avoid clothes with excessive ripping as these may violate parks' modesty rules.

Choose comfortable shoes to wear to Disney and clothes that you would be comfortable walking miles in. Avoid jeans or jean shorts and opt for athletic-style pants or shorts. Do people wear jeans to Disney World? Most guests avoid wearing jeans to Disney World to prevent chaffing from miles of walking in the heat.
Leggings or joggers, or another pair of soft, flexible pants are a great choice for amusement parks. And if there are water rides, you'll be grateful to not have jeans when you get soaked!
