It's open every day of the year – in fact, before Covid, Disneyland California had only two full-day unscheduled closures since opening in 1955, bar unexpected weather closures. After that first year I kept going, because I had so much fun.

With a Disney base ticket, you're welcome to leave and re-enter the same theme park as many times as you like during the same day.
