With a Disney base ticket, you're welcome to leave and re-enter the same theme park as many times as you like during the same day. Disney World vacations should never feel rushed. But how long do you really need? A Disney World trip that lasts 4 or 5 days allows you to spend one full day at each theme park. But to get the full Disney experience without feeling rushed, the ideal amount of time is 6 to 7 days.
Take a whole rest day. It may sound extravagant to add an extra day to an already expensive trip, but recharging midway can make the back half of the trip much more enjoyable because you won't be running on fumes. And you don't have to feel like you're wasting a non-park day.
So yes, it's entirely possible to visit four Disney parks in one day, even with kids in tow. All you need is a hopper ticket and a lot of enthusiasm. My boys have the latter in spades. Magic Kingdom and Epcot are the top priorities for shorter trips. But to get the full Disney World experience, you must visit for at least 5-7 days and spend one full day at each theme park.
