Can you have a Shibumi at Ocean Isle beach?

Shibumi Shade is in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. So much safer than tents or umbrellas that can impale people. Great news! We visited OI for the first time last year and I refused to go back after we were made to take our Shibumi Shade down! What about on myrtle beach?
